1The words of Sovereign Lemu’ĕl, a message which his mother taught him:

2What, my son? And what, son of my womb? And what, son of my vows?

3Do not give your strength to women, Nor your ways to wiping away sovereigns.

4Not for sovereigns, O Lemu’ĕl, Not for sovereigns to drink wine, Nor for princes to desire strong drink;

5Lest they drink and forget the law, And pervert the right of all the afflicted.

6Give strong drink to him who is perishing, And wine to those embittered in being.

7Let him drink and forget his poverty, And remember his trouble no more.

8Open your mouth for the dumb, In the cause of all the sons of the departed.

9Open your mouth, judge righteously, And plead the cause of the poor and needy.

10Who does find a capable wife? For she is worth far more than rubies.

11The heart of her husband shall trust her, And he has no lack of gain.

12She shall do him good, and not evil, All the days of her life.

13She shall seek wool and flax, And with delight she works with her hands.

14She shall be as the ships of Tarshish, She brings in her food from afar.

15She also rises while it is still night, And provides food for her household, And a portion for her girls.

16She shall consider a field and buy it; From her profits she shall plant a vineyard.

17She shall gird herself with strength, And strengthen her arms.

18She shall taste when her gain is good; Her lamp does not go out by night.

19She shall stretch out her hands to the distaff, And her hand shall hold the spindle.

20She shall extend her hand to the poor, And she shall reach out her hands to the needy.

21She is not afraid of snow for her household, For all her household is dressed in scarlet.

22She shall make tapestry for herself; She is dressed in fine linen and purple.

23Her husband is known in the gates, When he sits among the elders of the land.

24She shall make fine linen and sell them, And shall give girdles for the merchants.

25Strength and splendour are her garments, And she rejoices in time to come.

26She shall open her mouth with wisdom, And on her tongue is the Torah of kindness.

27She watches over the ways of her household, And does not eat the bread of idleness.

28Her children shall rise up and call her blessed; Her husband too, and he praises her:

29“Many daughters have done nobly, But you have risen over them all.”

30Loveliness is deceptive And prettiness is vain, A woman who fears יהוה is to be praised.

31Give her of the fruit of her hands, And let her works praise her in the gates.

Psa 37:36  Yet he passed away, and see, he was not; And I sought him, but he was not found.

Psa 37:37  Shin Watch the perfect, and observe the straight; For the latter end of each is peace.

Psa 37:38  But the transgressors shall be destroyed together; The latter end of the wrong shall be cut off.

Psa 37:39  Taw But the deliverance of the righteous is from יהוה, Their strength in time of distress.

Psa 37:40  And יהוה does help them and deliver them; He delivers them from the wrongdoers and saves them, Because they took refuge in Him.

Psa 39:4  יהוה, let me know my end, And the measure of my days, what it is, Let me know how short-lived I am.

Psa 39:13  “Look away from me, That I might brighten up, Before I go away and am no more.”

Psalm 40

Psa 40:1  I waited, waited for יהוה; And He inclined to me, and heard my cry.

Psa 40:2  And He drew me Out of the pit of destruction, Out of the muddy clay, And He set my feet upon a rock, He is establishing my steps.

Psa 40:3  Then He put a new song in my mouth; Praise to our Elohim; Many do see it and fear, And trust in יהוה.

Psa 40:4  Blessed is that man who has made יהוה his trust, And has not turned to the proud, And those turning aside to falsehood.

Psa 40:5  O יהוה my Elohim, many are the wonders Which You have done, and Your purposes toward us; There is no one to compare with You; I declare and speak: They are too many to be numbered.

Psa 40:6  Slaughteringa and meal offering You did not desire; You have opened my ears; Ascending offering and sin offering You did not ask for. Footnote: aSee Heb 10:5-6.

Psa 40:7  Then I said, “See, I have come; In the scroll of the Book it is prescribed for me.

Psa 40:8  I have delighted to do Your pleasure, O my Elohim, And Your Torah is within my heart.”b Footnote: bPsa 37:31, Psa 119:11, Isa 51:7, Heb 10:7-9.

Psa 40:9  I have proclaimed the good news of righteousness, In the great assembly; See, I do not restrain my lips, O יהוה, You know.

Psa 40:10  I did not conceal Your righteousness within my heart; I have declared Your trustworthiness and Your deliverance; I did not hide Your loving-commitment and Your truth From the great assembly.

Psa 40:11  Do not withhold Your compassion from me, O יהוה; Let Your loving-commitment and Your truth always watch over me.

Psa 40:12  For evils without number have surrounded me; My crookednesses have overtaken me, And I have been unable to see; They became more than the hairs of my head; And my heart has failed me.

Psa 40:13  Be pleased, O יהוה, to deliver me; O יהוה, hasten to help me!

Psa 40:14  Let those who seek to destroy my life Be ashamed and abashed altogether; Let those who are desiring my evil Be driven back and put to shame.

Psa 40:15  Let those who say to me, “Aha, aha!” Be appalled at their own shame.

Psa 40:16  Let all those who seek You Rejoice and be glad in You; Let those who love Your deliverance always say, “יהוה be exalted!”

Psa 40:17  But I am poor and needy; Let יהוה think upon me. You are my help and my deliverer; O my Elohim, do not delay!

Psa 51:1  Show me favour, O Elohim, According to Your loving-commitment; According to the greatness of Your compassion, Blot out my transgressions.

Psa 51:2  Wash me completely from my guilt, And cleanse me from my sin.

Psa 51:3  For I know my transgressions, And my sin is ever before me.

Psa 51:4  Against You, You alone, have I sinned, And done evil in Your eyes; That You might be proven right in Your words; Be clear when You judge.

Psa 51:5  See, I was brought forth in crookedness, And in sin my mother conceived me.

Psa 51:6  See, You have desired truth in the inward parts, And in the hidden part You make me know wisdom.

Psa 51:7  Cleanse me with hyssop, and I am clean; Wash me, and I am whiter than snow.

Psa 51:8  Let me hear joy and gladness, Let the bones You have crushed rejoice.

Psa 51:9  Hide Your face from my sins, And blot out all my crookednesses.

Psa 51:10  Create in me a clean heart, O Elohim, And renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Psa 51:11  Do not cast me away from Your presence, And do not take Your Set-apart Spirit from me.

Psa 51:12  Restore to me the joy of Your deliverance, And uphold me, Noble Spirit!

Psa 51:13  Let me teach transgressors Your ways, So that sinners turn back to You.

Psa 51:14  Deliver me from blood-guilt, O Elohim, Elohim of my deliverance, Let my tongue sing aloud of Your righteousness.

Psa 51:15  O יהוה, open my lips, And that my mouth declare Your praise.

Psa 51:16  For You do not desire slaughtering, or I would give it; You do not delight in ascending offering.

Psa 51:17  The slaughterings of Elohim are a broken spirit, A heart broken and crushed, O Elohim, These You do not despise.

Psa 51:18  Do good in Your good pleasure to Tsiyon; Build the walls of Yerushalayim.

Psa 51:19  Then You would delight in slaughterings of righteousness, In ascending offering and complete ascending offering; Then young bulls would be offered on Your slaughter-place.

Psa 57:1  Show me favour, O Elohim, show me favour! For in You my being is taking refuge; And in the shadow of Your wings I take refuge, Until destruction passes by.

Psa 57:2  I cry out to the Most High Elohim, To Ěl who is perfecting all matters for me.

Psa 57:3  He sends from the heavens and saves me; He reproaches the one who would swallow me up. Selah. Elohim sends forth His loving-commitment and His truth.

Psa 57:4  My being is in the midst of lions; I lie among those who breathe fire, Whose teeth are spears and arrows, And their tongue is a sharp sword.

Psa 57:5  Be exalted, O Elohim, above the heavens; Let Your esteem be above all the earth.

Psa 57:6  They have prepared a net for my footsteps; My being was bowed down; They have dug a pit before me; They fell into the midst of it! Selah.

Psa 57:7  My heart is firm, O Elohim, My heart is firm; I sing and praise.

Psa 57:8  Awake, my esteem! Awake, harp and lyre! I awake the dawn.

Psa 57:9  I praise You among the peoples, O יהוה; I sing to You among the nations.

Psa 57:10  For Your loving-commitment is great up to the heavens, And Your truth unto the clouds.

Psa 57:11  Be exalted above the heavens, O Elohim; Let Your esteem be above all the earth.

Psa 64:1  Hear my voice, O Elohim, in my meditation; Guard my life from the threats of the enemy.

Psa 64:2  Hide me from the secret plans of the evil-doers, From the tumult of the workers of wickedness,

Psa 69:5  O Elohim, You Yourself know my foolishness; And my guilt has not been hidden from You.

Psa 69:6  Let not those who wait for You, O Master יהוה of hosts, Be ashamed because of me; Let not those who seek You Be humbled because of me, O Elohim of Yisra’ĕl.

Psa 69:7  Because I have borne reproach for Your sake; Shame has covered my face.

Psa 69:8  I have become a stranger to my brothers, And a foreigner to my mother’s children;

Psa 69:9  Because ardour for Your house has eaten me up, And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me.

Psa 69:10  And I wept in my being with fasting, And it became my reproach.

Psa 69:11  And when I put on sackcloth, I became a proverb to them.

Psa 69:12  They who sit in the gate talk about me, And I am the song of the drunkards.

Psa 69:13  But as for me, my prayer is to You, O יהוה, At an acceptable time, O Elohim. In the greatness of Your loving-commitment, Answer me in the truth of Your deliverance.

Psa 69:14  Rescue me out of the mire, And let me not sink. Let me be rescued from those who hate me, And out of the deep waters.

Psa 69:15  Let not a flood of waters overflow me, Nor let the deep swallow me up, Nor let the pit shut its mouth on me.

Psa 69:16  Answer me, O יהוה, for Your loving-commitment is good. According to the greatness of Your compassion, turn to me.

Psa 69:17  And do not hide Your face from Your servant, For I am in distress; Answer me speedily.

Psa 69:18  Draw near to my being, redeem it; Ransom me because of my enemies.

Psa 69:19  You Yourself know my reproach, And my shame and my confusion; My adversaries are all before You.

Psa 69:20  Reproach has broken my heart and I am sick; I looked for sympathy, but there was none; And for comforters, but I found none.

Psa 79:8  Do not remember against us The crookednesses of the fathers! Let Your compassion speedily meet us, For we have been greatly weakened.

Psa 79:9  Help us, O Elohim of our deliverance, For the sake of the esteem of Your Name. And deliver us, and cover over our sins, For Your Name’s sake!

Psa 86:11  Teach me Your way, O יהוה; Let me walk in Your truth; Unite my heart to fear Your Name

Psa 90:12  Teach us to number our days, And let us bring the heart to wisdom.

Psa 90:13  Return, O יהוה! How long? And be sorry for Your servants.

Psa 90:14  Satisfy us in the morning with Your loving-commitment, And let us sing for joy all our days!

Psa 90:15  Give us joy according to The days You have afflicted us, The years we have seen evil.

Psa 90:16  Reveal Your work to Your servants, And Your splendour to their children.

Psa 90:17  And let the pleasantness Of יהוה our Elohim be upon us, And confirm the work of our hands for us; O confirm the work of our hands!

Psa 139:23  Search me, O Ěl, and know my heart; Try me, and know my thoughts;

Pro 30:8  Remove falsehood and a lying word far from me; Give me neither poverty nor riches; Feed me my lawfull bread;

Pro 30:9  Lest I become satisfied and deny You, And say, “Who is יהוה?” And lest I be poor, and steal, And seize the Name of my Elohim.

Heb 12:1   We too, then, having so great a cloud of witnesses all around us, let us lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race set before us,

Heb 12:2  looking to the Prince and Perfecter of our belief, יהושע, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the stake, having despised the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of Elohim.

Do Not Grow Weary

Heb 12:3  For consider Him who endured such opposition from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and faint in your lives.

Heb 12:4  You have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

Heb 13:15  Through Him then, let us continually offer up a slaughter offering of praise to Elohim, that is, the fruitc of our lips, giving thanks to His Name. Footnote: cOr “bulls of our lips” – See Hos 14:2.

Heb 13:16  And do not forget to do good and to share, for with such slaughter offerings Elohim is well pleased.

Isaiah 63:7

יהוהlet me be like Isaiah and Isa 63:7  Let me recount the loving-commitments of יהוה and the praises of יהוה, according to all that יהוה has done for us, and the great goodness toward the house of Yisra’ĕl, which He has done for them according to His compassion, and according to His many loving-commitments.

Psalm 71

Psa 71:1  In You, O יהוה, I have taken refuge; Let me never be ashamed.

Psa 71:2  In Your righteousness deliver and rescue me; Incline Your ear to me, and save me.

Psa 71:3  Be to me a rock to dwell in, To go into continually. You have given the command to save me, For You are my rock and my stronghold.

Psa 71:4  Rescue me, O my Elohim, Out of the hand of the wrong, Out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel.

Psa 71:5  For You are my expectation, Master יהוה, my Trust from my youth.

Psa 71:6  Upon You I have leaned from my birth; You took me out of my mother’s womb. My praise is continually of You.

Psa 71:7  I have become as a wonder to many, But You are my strong refuge.

Psa 71:8  My mouth is filled with Your praise, Your splendour, all the day.

Psa 71:9  Do not cast me off in the time of old age, When my strength fails, do not forsake me.

Psa 71:10  For my enemies have spoken against me. And those who watch for my life Have taken counsel together,

Psa 71:11  Saying, “Elohim has forsaken him; Pursue and take him, for there is no one to deliver.”

Psa 71:12  O Elohim, do not be far from me; My Elohim, hasten to my help!

Psa 71:13  Let those who are adversaries of my life Be ashamed, consumed, Let those who seek my evil, Be covered with reproach and confusion.

Psa 71:14  But I continually wait, And shall praise You more and more.

Psa 71:15  My mouth recounts Your righteousness Your deliverance all the day, Though I do not know their numbers.

Psa 71:16  I come in the might of the Master יהוה; I make mention of Your righteousness, Yours alone.

Psa 71:17  Elohim, You have taught me from my youth; And to this day I declare Your wonders.

Psa 71:18  And also when I am old and grey, O Elohim, do not forsake me, Until I declare Your strength to a generation, Your might to all those who are to come.

Psa 71:19  For Your righteousness, O Elohim, is very high, You who have done great deeds. O Elohim, who is like You?

Psa 71:20  You who have shown me great and evil distresses, Revive me again and bring me up again From the depths of the earth.

Psa 71:21  You increase my greatness, And comfort me on every side.

Psa 71:22  Also with the lyre I praise You For Your trustworthiness, O my Elohim! I sing to You with the lyre, O Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl.

Psa 71:23  My lips shout for joy when I sing to You, Even my being, which You have redeemed.

Psa 71:24  My tongue, too, utters Your righteousness all day long; For those who have been seeking my evil Have been put to shame, Have become abashed.

Psa 80:17  Let Your hand be upon the One at Your right hand, Upon the Son of Aḏam whom You made strong for Yourself,

Psa 80:18  And we shall not backslide from You. Revive us, and let us call upon Your Name.

Psa 80:19  Turn us back, O יהוה Elohim of hosts, And cause Your face to shine, That we might be saved!

I pray this, believe for this and receive this all by the blood and in the name of יהושע, Amen!
