1Sing to יהוה a new song, Sing to יהוה, all the earth!
2Sing to יהוה, bless His Name, Proclaim His deliverance from day to day.
3Declare His esteem among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.
4For great is יהוה and greatly to be praised, He is to be feared above all mighty ones.
5For all the mighty ones of the peoples are matters of naught, But יהוה made the heavens.
6Excellency and splendour are before Him, Strength and comeliness are in His set-apart place.
7Ascribe to יהוה, O clans of the peoples, Ascribe to יהוה esteem and strength.
8Ascribe to יהוה the esteem of His Name; Bring an offering, and come into His courts.
9Bow yourselves to יהוה, In the splendour of set-apartness! Tremble before Him, all the earth.
10Say among nations, “יהוה shall reign. The world also is established, immovable. He judges the peoples in straightness.”
11Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; Let the sea roar, and all that fills it;
12Let the field exult, and all that is in it. Let all the trees of the forest then shout for joy,
13At the presence of יהוה. For He shall come, For He shall come to judge the earth. He judges the world in righteousness, And the peoples with His truth.
1יהוה shall reign. The earth rejoices. Many isles are glad!
2Clouds and darkness all around Him, Righteousness and right-ruling are the foundation of His throne.
3Fire goes before Him, And burns up His adversaries round about.
4His lightnings shall light the world, The earth shall see and tremble.
5The mountains shall melt like wax before the face of יהוה, Before the face of the Master of all the earth.
6The heavens shall declare His righteousness, And all the peoples shall see His esteem.
7All are put to shame who serve carved images, Those boasting of matters of naught. Bow yourselves to Him, all you mighty ones.
8Tsiyon shall hear and be glad, And the daughters of Yehuḏah rejoice Because of Your right-rulings, O יהוה.
9For You, יהוה, are the Most High over all the earth, You shall be greatly exalted, over all mighty ones.
10You who love יהוה, hate evil! He guards the lives of His kind ones, He delivers them out of the hand of the wrong.
11Light is sown for the righteous, And gladness for the upright in heart.
12Rejoice in יהוה, you righteous, And give thanks at the remembrance of His Set-apartness.
1Sing to יהוה a new song! For He has done wonders; His right hand and His set-apart arm Have brought Him deliverance.
2יהוה has made known His deliverance; His righteousness He has openly shown Before the eyes of the nations.
3He has remembered His kindness And His trustworthiness to the house of Yisra’ĕl; All the ends of the earth have seen The deliverance of our Elohim.
4Raise a shout to יהוה, all the earth; Break forth in song, rejoice, and sing praises.
5Sing to יהוה with the lyre, With the lyre and the voice of a song,
6With trumpets and the sound of a horn; Raise a shout before יהוה, the Sovereign.
7Let the sea roar, and all that fills it, The world and those who dwell in it.
8Let the rivers clap their hands, Let the mountains sing together for joy before יהוה,
9For He shall come to judge the earth. He judges the world in righteousness, And the people in straightness.
1יהוה shall reign; Peoples tremble! He is enthroned on the keruḇim; The earth shakes!
2יהוה is great in Tsiyon, And He is high above all the peoples.
3They praise Your Name, great and awesome, It is set-apart.
4And the strength of the Sovereign Shall love right-ruling; You Yourself shall establish straightness; You shall execute right-ruling And righteousness in Ya‛aqoḇ.
5Exalt יהוה our Elohim, And bow yourselves at His footstool, He is set-apart.
6Mosheh and Aharon were among His priests, And Shemu’ĕl was among those calling upon His Name. They called upon יהוה, and He answered them.
7He spoke to them in the column of cloud; They guarded His witnesses And the law He gave them.
8You answered them, O יהוה our Elohim. You were a forgiving Ěl to them, Though You took vengeance on their deeds.
9Exalt יהוה our Elohim, And bow down towards His set-apart mountain; For יהוה our Elohim is set-apart.
1Raise a shout for יהוה, All the earth!
2Serve יהוה with gladness; Come before His presence with singing.
3Know that יהוה, He is Elohim; He has made us, and we are His – His people and the sheep of His pasture.
4Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him; bless His Name.
5For יהוה is good; His kindness is everlasting, And His truth, to all generations.
1Wine is a scoffer, strong drink a brawler, And whoever is led astray by it is not wise.
2The dread of a sovereign is like the roaring of a lion; Whoever provokes him sins against his own life.
3For a man to cease from strife is esteem, But every fool bursts out.
4The lazy one does not plough after the autumn; At harvest time he inquires – there is none!
5Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water, But a man of understanding draws it up.
6Most men proclaim each his own kindness, But who finds a trustworthy man?
7The righteous man walks in his integrity; His children are blessed after him.
8A sovereign who sits on the throne of judgment Is scattering all evil with his eyes.
9Who says, “I have cleansed my heart, I am purged of my sin”?
10Differing weights and differing measures, Both of them are an abomination to יהוה.
11Even a child is known by his deeds, Whether his work is clear and right.
12The hearing ear and the seeing eye, יהוה has made both of them.
13Do not love sleep, lest you become poor; Open your eyes, be satisfied with bread.
14“Evil! Evil!” cries the buyer; But when he has gone his way, then he boasts.
15There is gold and a multitude of rubies, But the lips of knowledge are a precious vessel.
16Take the garment of one who is guarantor for a stranger, And hold it as a pledge when it is for foreigners.
17Bread gained by deceit might be sweet to a man, But afterward his mouth is filled with gravel.
18By counsel plans are established; And by wise guidance wage a battle.
19He who goes about as a slanderer reveals secrets; Therefore do not associate with him Who speaks smoothly with his lips.
20Whoever curses his father or his mother, His lamp is put out in deep darkness.
21An inheritance obtained with greed at the beginning Is not blessed at the end.
22Do not say, “I repay evil.” Wait for יהוה, and He saves you.
23Differing weights are an abomination to יהוה, And a false scale is not good.
24The steps of a man are from יהוה; What does a man know about his own way?
25It is a snare for a man to say rashly, “It is set-apart,” And only later to reconsider his vows.
26A wise sovereign winnows out the wrong, And turns the wheel over them.
27The spirit of a man is the lamp of יהוה, Searching all his inmost parts.
28Kindness and truth watch over the sovereign, And he shall support his throne by kindness.
29The comeliness of young men is their strength, And the splendour of old men is their grey hair.
30The blows that wound cleanse away evil, And strokes the inner parts of the heart.
